Today we visited the Center for Sustainable Engagement and Development and I really had a nice time learning about the controversy with smart meters. Smart meters are the new implementation that Entergy New Orleans is trying to add this to New Orleans Jones to get more accurate readings on energy production and consumption. Many people are curious about this new technology and how it will work and if it will affect their civil liberties. The best part was us discussing different scenarios about environmental issues and figuring out plans to help and prevent further damage. I also had a nice time just enjoying the scenery at the bayou.
