Climate Justice, digital media, and gender

The principles of environmental Justice talks about the certain steps needed to take to insure that we have environmental justice. The multinational People of Color Environmental Leadership Summit, is helping restore what was taking and making sure that there is a better future. They want to respect each other's cultures, languages, and beliefs about nature as well as celebrate them. They want to create a safe space and have a safe livelihood, for them as well as for Mother Nature. (“The Principles of Environmental Justice” (People of Color Environmental Summit 1991)).

My thoughts on article is that I agree with what they are trying to do for this earth. This summit and principles they are creating are made to protect the culture and this land. This society is focused on both the people  and also the environment so that it would be equal. they talk about protecting the environment from harmful chemicals as well and talking about people having mutual respect for others as well as having justice, and no bias or discrimination.


Interdependent- A mutual dependence between things.
Sovereignty- Supreme power or authority.
Reparations- The making of amends for a wrong one has done, by paying money to or otherwise helping those who have been wronged.
