I enjoyed these articles and playlist a lot because for one it was my discussion leader project and I actually learned a lot about the way that things are set up. One of the songs on the playlist was by Usher and I heard it before and I used to like it, but I would never have thought that this song was about climate change. This is actually where the problem kicks in. I don't believe that songs are an effective way to get people to learn about climate change because if the words are catchy we are just going to sing them. No one actually pays attention to the actual lyrics and that is where problems start. I believe that entertainment takes away from the seriousness of the issue at hand. Overall I loved everything and I would recommend these sources to other people because it's actually good to learn about how an everyday thing that surrounds us in life actually is beneficial to the community.
