Group leadership reflection 4/16

I believe that in this group leaders discussion we worked really well at getting to know our roll. I think this group could have been better at scheduling and contacting each other. We had incidents where certain people contacted after a long period of time had passed I believe that it was mainly because of everybody different scheduling in spring break and all. Other than scheduling I believe that everything else was great. I wish that we had a better way of getting in contact with people and holding evryone accountable.I feel like the purpose of this was to learn to speak in public and to learn to communicate with other people.
