Rehabilitation
Within the text it really cover how climate change which correlated with land lost. It states that in years to come Louisiana would be lost if no action is done. Rehabilitation is needed within our land in order for us to remained safe at the place we all call home. Through the text it states different projects that can be done in order to rehabilitate the land. The projects will be put in place so that the affects of climate change won’t destroy our land at the same rate as it is now. In addition the projects will create a great amount of jobs for people which will decrease the unemployment rate.
In my opinion the text was really factual. I agreed with the majority of the statements, as to how we need to take a stand and begin to comebatt against climate Change. I loved how it already had creative ideas in to which will be beneficial to for our land. I have learned that most of the time our problem starts with the fact that all we do is go against our land instead of working our way around it. The sooner we appreciate our land and nurture it the sooner it will do the same for us and then we will all get to live where we please because then we won’t be forced to leave because of natural disasters.
